Our Products
We purchase and ship directly from the manufacturer. The elimination of expensive inventory and warehouse costs results in cost savings to our customers. We offer highly competitive pricing on all of our products and Free Shipping! Many of our products are made to order, custom ordered and semi-custom ordered (semi-custom orders require an additional step before end processing has been complete) by the manufacturer. We work with quality manufacturers, some of which have a customer satisfaction of 98% and the product return rate of less than 1%! The quality that you will find is unsurpassed. The fabric quality and the craftsmanship of all the products we sell can truly be seen upon arrival to their new home. All of our products, from designer dog beds to apparel, are a cut above the rest in their class and this means true quality to the buyer. Don't be fooled by look-a-like products that simply don't hold up and lose their integrity in a few months.

We check our spam/bulk/junk folder frequently. However, when corresponding through email, please check your spam/bulk/junk email folder, as your settings may read our email as spam.

Shipping Information
Free Shipping and No Sales Tax except Oklahoma and a sales tax will apply. Your order will approximately ship within 4-12 business days after your order is processed, unless express shipping is requested. Some of our items will ship within 3-4 business days. Note: Please inquire if you have special delivery or shipping needs. We do not have a guaranteed shipping schedule and during the December holiday season some items may take up to 2 weeks before shipping. For embroidered items or special order requests, please add three more business days. Please remember that many of our products are made to order, especially for you! Shipping “Oversize“ Beds: Don't be alarmed! Beyond The Crate pays your shipping one way on most items. Please remember that many of our beds are big and over-stuffed. Because of this they are shipped as an “oversized” product. The customer will be notified if a product must be shipped via freight truck. Freight charges are not considered standard shipping, therefore additional charges will apply. The customer will be notified before the order is processed.

Credit Card Statement and PayPal
Please note all credit card charges will appear as iDirect Marketing, Inc. on your credit card statements.
PayPal-PayPal charges will appear as iDirect Marketing Stores. All correspondence after a PayPal purchase should be made through email or calling Beyond The Crate first, before corresponding via PayPal in order to get quick and prompt resolution on PayPal requests or returns.

Services Provided
Orders are received and processed 7 days a week. Products are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx® and UPS depending on the manufacturer, to residential and business addresses in the “48 contiguous states”. Some items that do not ship standard size will ship via freight truck. Additional shipping costs may apply for freight items. Beyond The Crate does not have a guaranteed lead time and shipping schedule and therefore is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. Shipping and manufacturing depends on the manufacturer and shipping logistics. Therefore, if you need an item by a given date, please email for additional shipping options. General shipping and manufacturing fundamental will apply.

Outside of the Continental USA and International Orders: All orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or outside of the Contiguous 48 States of the USA require an additional shipping quote. Shipping Address Changes
Once your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately if your shipping information changes or has been submitted to us incorrectly, once an item has shipped the information cannot be changed. Orders are processed very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify any information pertaining to that particular order. In the event the shipping carrier can be notified before the order ships, an additional cost will be applied, as the shipping carrier charges a fee for in route changes.

Return/Exchange Policy
Many of our products are custom orders and made to your specific request, it was not "one of a thousand", we do not produce inventory; it was made or ordered exclusively for you. When your product is manufactured, it is produced “for you" and because the manufacturer has literally hundreds of combinations, many will not exchange and then resell some of their products. Note: Due to health reasons dog beds and clothing are not restockable and resold. Please choose your items carefully in respect to color, size and options. Therefore, credits, refunds and exchanges aren't "guaranteed", the exception is product defect and then a replacement will be sent to you. We have many different manufacturers and each has their own policy. There, are exceptions and Beyond The Crate reserves the right to make an exception and change the policy when it will help the customer and the manufacturer will approve. Please contact us prior to purchase and return options can be discussed prior to the purchase of any products.

Note: Beyond The Crate has the discretion to change or alter the return policy at anytime when the manufacturer agrees to make exceptions. The policy on returns should be read as stated "no return guarantee". Buyers remorse, not sizing your items correctly, wrong color choice and wrong fabric choice does not qualify a return. Many of our manufacturers will simply not accept returns. Because of this, when a manufacturer will agree to a return, Beyond The Crate will make an exception. Each request will be reviewed and Beyond The Crate has the right to approve or deny a return. Manufacturers and Beyond The Crate deserve the final review to approve or deny a return based on craftsmanship and product integrity. In the event that a manufacturer will agree to accept a return, then Beyond The Crate will enter into a new agreement of understanding with the customer/buyer for a return-Subject to restocking fee and shipping return paid by the buyer. This exception should not be considered as a guarantee of return unless a manufacturer approves and is in the best interest of all parties. So please choose your products carefully and understand there are no returns or exchanges guaranteed, except damaged, poor craftsmanship of the product or the order has been incorrectly processed resulting in a wrong product received.

Accepted Returns
Returns are accepted and return shipping paid for items that have broken pieces, missing parts or poor craftsmanship that render the product defective per the manufacturer. Defective items or items missing pieces will be replaced. If an item has been noted as defective, it will be exchanged for a new one not refunded.

Beyond The Crate will accept a return in special cases other than the mentioned above when a manufacture will make an exception and it's in the best interest of all parties. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer unless the item is defective or arrives as incorrect item. Insuring the item for return is the responsibility of the buyer, accept when a Return Authorization Number or Call Tag has been provided on a defective item by the manufacturer.

Beyond The Crate uses a reasonable and prudent perspective in customer service and will make exceptions when due diligence is needed. All returns must be authorized before a return is accepted. There is a process in place to manage returns. If an item is approved for return, a 30% restocking and the cost of the initial shipping that Beyond The Crate paid to get your item(s) to you will be applied. In addition, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return of the item. If a product is refused upon delivery, or the customer has given a bad address or returned for any reason, other than product defect or damage, the 30% rule will apply. If an order is cancelled before the item ships and has already been placed for processing, a 15% cancellation charge will be applied, providing the manufacturer will accept the cancellation and the product has not entered production.

Approved Return Process
If an item is damaged, defective or flawed in craftsmanship, a replacement of that item will be arranged with no cost to they customer. However, buyer remorse is not refundable. If an item is damaged or defective please email:, detailing the precise nature of your problem.

A return authorization number (RAN) will be issued with a call tag for pick up. The manufacturer has the right to refuse a return that has been shipped without a RAN, and/or not including the correct documentation. If a return is accepted, the item must be in perfect, like new condition.

The return process may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. The general process is as follows: To return an item for exchange/repair, please follow the following steps:
1. Goods must be return shipped within 10 days of shipping delivery date. Only return the authorized item (product or piece specified).
2. Use the original packaging and enclose the original documentation.
3. Write the return authorization number (RAN) on the address label on the box or as specified. (This number will be given to you). In many cases, a RAN is not provided and a "Call Tag" is issued and the item is picked up by the shipping vendor and returned to the manufacturer.
4. If instructed, enclose documentation advising the manufacturer of the problem, and the reason why you are returning the goods.

Beyond The Crate has tried, to the best of our ability, to display images, colors, finishes and specifications to accurately represent our products. The actual colors you see will depend on the computer monitor in which your are viewing the products, and may vary depending on this variable.

We do our best to provide complete and accurate information on our site. Typographical errors, pricing errors and web technological errors do happen, as human error sometimes happens. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions before, during and after an order has been submitted and correct the information. Please understand our intent is to be accurate and not mislead or misrepresent to our customers. Please accept our apology should this ever happen.

Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Beyond The Crate reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. This includes mispriced items out of human error. Verification and review of an order may be required prior to the acceptance and processing of any order.

The eating, chewing of any products including but not limited to the fabric or wood could harm your pets. Please use the reasonable and prudent approach when managing your pet with any new pet products. BeyondTheCrate - is not liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the products we sell. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Utilization of this website is undertaken at your own risk and is a voluntary agreement that your access and use hereof are subject to the terms and conditions in this legal notice along with all policies on this which may change at any time without notice. By placing orders and using this website you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.
